Hershey replaces directors, citing poor results

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) — Eight directors of Hershey Co. resigned Sunday and were replaced in a boardroom shakeup that comes as the confectionary giant grapples with poor financial performance and prepares for a new chief executive to take the helm next month.
